There is no contract, you can cancel any time and you’re subscription will be stopped immediately. Important to note that if a subscription is cancelled the events and images will be removed from public access and held for 60 days before being deleted. We have added a $10/month plan that keeps your content but places your account on "Actively Paused".
Our bundle comes with a carrying case. You can request one from us if you need a new or replacement case.

Currently a small team, we are not available 24/7, but we do tend to respond promptly during business hours. We are dedicated to serve our customers with better and better customer service.

This affordable monthly fee covers text and email distribution, your custom online photo gallery and support for your Hello Booth.
Nomad accounts can collect user information from the events settings page.
All images are hosted and stored with Hello Booth. We are currently working on an event download option that will give you the ability to download a zip of all images from a single gallery. If a subscription is cancelled the events and images will be removed from public access and held for 10 days before being marked for deletion.
We cover all manufacturer defects for 90 days. If you are an active subscriber we will cover manufacture defects for the life of your subscription. We offer replacement parts for non-manufactor defects or issues.
Yes, it is needed in order to send photos from the unit.
