Does the Hello Booth come with an Ipad?

No, you will need a 10.5 inch Ipad pro.

Will any iPad work? And is it included in the price?

Hello Booth requires the iPad Pro 10.5" version due to it's upgraded front camera. Older iPads have less resolution, thus won't give you the image quality your brand deserves. 

Plus, Hello Booth is manufactured with the 10.5" Pro version specs that fits in the iPad holder.

While the iPad is not included in the price, the good news is you can purchase the lowest GB model, as all photos are stored on our server and not the actual iPad.

You can find iPad Pro 10.5" at a discount with just a bit of patience and research. The Apple website has refurbished (good as new with full Apple warranty) units for $100 off. Micro Center often runs deals for $150 off. Also, check Dealmac.com, as they are an aggregator of Apple deals.

Recommended: Any of the 10.5 iPads are recommended. This includes:

iPad Air 3rd Gen

The 10.2 iPads will fit but do not provide the best imagery. These include:

iPad 7th Gen

We can provide for the iPad Pro 11-in (2nd gen) and the iPad Air (4th gen) for an additional $29 and an extra few days of delivery needed.

How does it work?

Hello Booth coulnd't be simpler. We've designed not only a beautiful piece of hardware, but an intuitive, simple app that your customers won't have any trouble taking their pics by themselves.

Our flattering LED lighting makes sure your pictures look their best and showcases your business on social media in the way you need.

Your business will get a dashboard where you are able to customize the app to your branding via logo overlays and custom hashtags.

Is there a monthly fee?

Once you purchase your Hello Booth hardware, you choose the monthly subscription that best fits your needs.

This affordable monthly fee covers text and email distribution, your custom online photo gallery and support for your Hello Booth.

What comes with the app? Are there options with the app?

Are we able to collect data? 

We are currently working on providing you analytics and customer data for you to download and use. This is a priority feature for us and we will be retroactively adding it to all events in the near future. I expect late January 2020.

Is there a contract? 

There is no contract, you can cancel any time and you’re subscription will be stopped immediately. Important to note that if a subscription is cancelled the events and images will be removed from public access and held for 10 days before being deleted. We will be adding a PAUSE feature that will pause an active account, but keep the events and images live, for approximately $5/month.  

Do photos get stored anywhere for access later? 

All images are hosted and stored with Hello Booth. We are currently working on an event download option that will give you the ability to download a zip of all images from a single gallery.  If a subscription is cancelled the events and images will be removed from public access and held for 10 days before being marked for deletion.

Is there a carrying case? 

We currently have a carrying case available in our shop. You can purchase here. 

Is there a warranty?

We cover all manufacturer defects for 90 days. If you are an active subscriber we will cover manufacture defects for the life of your subscription. We offer replacement parts for non-manufactor defects or issues. 

Is there customer service with my plan? 

We strive to provide speedy, thorough and ongoing customer service for you to get the most out of your Hello Booth. Currently a small team, we are not available 24/7, but we do tend to respond promptly during business hours. We are dedicated to serve our customers with better and better customer service.

Does the app require Wifi to work? 

Yes, it is needed in order to send photos from the unit.
